Last week starting October 14th Captains Fusaro, Kerwin and Sweeney had the opportunity to attend the Philadelphia Fire Departments 2024 Officer Apprenticeship Program. This week long class covers everything from leadership techniques, personnel management and strategy and tactics. The Captains had the opportunity to interact with members in different companies and share experiences and idea's. Thank you to Deputy Chief Anthony Bompadre and the City of Philadelphia Fire Department for allowing our members to be apart of this years class.
