On Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 11:20 p.m., with temperatures around 24 degrees, the King of Prussia Fire Company supported the USMA West Point Marathon Team as they carried the official Army-Navy Game Ball along Route 202 through Upper Merion Township. The ball is on its way to Baltimore for the upcoming Army-Navy Game on Saturday.

The runners were accompanied by an escort that included a motorcycle detail from Montgomery County Sheriffs and Plymouth Township Police, which began at the Pennsylvania-New Jersey state line. After stopping at 56A, Chester County Sheriffs and Radnor Township Police joined the escort team.

Their first visit was December 9th, 2011 to pay their respects at the 9/11 Memorial
